Automated Chargeback Response System
The BlytzPay risk team was overloaded with a very manual and burdensome chargeback process. I built an automated response system with Human-in-the-Loop verification using Zapier, OpenAI, and Trello. It generated and tracked responses automatically, cutting response times by 75% and removing the need for an additional hire.

Real-Time Student Mood Feedback
I created a web app to help teachers track student well-being in real-time. Students share emoji-based mood feedback, and teachers view insights through dashboards showing both individual and class-wide trends. The app gives teachers immediate visibility into engagement and emotional state, improving both instruction and social-emotional support.
2024
Cash Payment Integration
Merchants needed a way to accept cash payments from consumers who lacked access to digital options. The task was to expand payment flexibility and reduce reliance on cards and ACH. I led the integration with a national cash pay partner, enabling consumers to pay their bills at over 88,000 retail locations. As a result, merchants gained a new revenue channel, consumers had broader access to payment options, and BlytzPay strengthened its position in the market.
